FLANDERS, NJ. – March 31, 2008 – Absolute Resource Solutions (ARS), an independent benefits consultant and brokerage firm, recently hired Jim Gallic to join as an Advisor. Mr. Gallic’s professional experience in human resource information systems, payroll and benefits adds strength and depth to the ARS sales and marketing team.

Gallic gained years of experience as an advisor with Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), a market leader in business process management services. As District Manager, he received the President’s Club for outstanding sales performance as well as mentor of the year. Gallic was promoted to Manager of Sales Leadership, Performance and Productivity where he trained sales management for ADP’s major accounts.
