FLANDERS, NJ. – December 10, 2007 – Absolute Resource Solutions (ARS) today announced that it has entered into a definite merger agreement with The Teare Group (Teare), a benefit advisory firm specializing in financial analysis and benefit consulting to mid-market employers.

Under the terms of the agreement approved by the shareholders, the two organizations retain their current locations, all current staff and current strategic alliances while integrating the expertise and best practices of each organization.

“After an extensive review of strategic alternatives, the owners of ARS and Teare determined that this transaction provides a great value for our clients, strategic partners and shareholders,” said Scott Taylor, head of sales and marketing for ARS. “By combining the process, technology and service infrastructure of ARS with the financial analysis and tactical planning experience of Teare, the merger creates a clear win for our clients and their employees.”

The merger of ARS and Teare is effective January 1, 2008 and will do business as Absolute Resource Solutions.
